Ha, yes, still here. Just wrapping up the driveshaft installation. And no, haven't stopped smiling yet. Gonna go take it for a spin around the block to see how the driveshaft performs.

Driveshaft installed. I mostly followed Eddie's write up with a few exceptions.

First, the o-ring on the t-case side from the original driveshaft needed to be reused. Here it is in the old one:

Transferred to the new one:

Second, there's no specified torque on the four bolts on the t-case side, shown here:

Based on some research, 80ft lbs is about right. I couldn't get a torque wrench on it though, so I applied a healthy amount of red Loktite and torqued it down pretty tight without going gorilla on it.

Also, using a jack stand to support it while attaching was a huge help.

Here it is all finished up:

Looking good! Good little tip on the jack stand to support one side of the driveshaft during installation. I'll have to do that when I install my rubi swaybar after the no limits come in the mail.

Thanks!
These tires are way too big! You should get some smaller ones. Haha

Those ATX Ravines are really growing on me. Maybe it's just the color matching...not sure. Either way, it's looking great man!

Thanks! Trying not to be too matchy matchy and thus far I'm digging them.
Awesome pics. This one is my favorite. Really shows how big those tires are.

Crazy to think it was on 33s and had a roof rack less than 2 months ago.
