Greetings everyone ! My names Josh and Im from Bristol,TN - located at the foot of South Holston Mtn.
Before owning my jeep , I was a Subaru guy owning a highly modified 2005 WRX STi .
After watching some of the wayalife videos on youtube, talking to a few local jeep owners, and test driving countless jeeps , the decision was made. I sold my Sti and went on a hunt for a Rubicon Unlimited. I found a 2010 Auto White Rubicon Unlimited in SC that only had 20k miles on it. It was perfect. Not a scratch or blemish could be found. The morning after picking up my Jeep , I found myself at a local offroad shop ordering a lift kit!! BDS 3'' lift w/ Fox 2.0 shocks, BDS Steering stabilizer upgrade kit, and BDS Adj front track bar.
I later ordered some more goodies from extremeterrain.com which consisted of : Smittybilt XRC Front and rear bumpers with tire carrier, ProComp 7036 17x9 4.75bs.
I recently decided to go for 37's so a local tire store hooked me up with a killer deal on a set of nitto trail grapplers 37x12.50x17.
I know Ill need to beef up the axles a bit so some EVO C gussets were ordered and im currently looking into sleeves. (?)
A new gear set is also on my list but i wanted to see how sluggish she'll be after the 37's.
I still have to Cut my fenders also.
Thanks!!
Josh
