It's because of the trackbar, put it on the ground...

I did notice at full complete droop on both the brake lines needed some extra room. Is this common to take them off this bracket?

Yes, every single lift I have installed for 07's to 13 JKs have required removal of the lines from that hanger. I actually think the CO instructions say to do it if I remember correctly
