You're not cutting anymore? No offense but it looks bad like that. Not sure how it wouldn't hit the tub.

Um something does not look right here......... Are you going to stretch the tub?

Not trying to hate but I think your gonna need to cut the tub

none taken  as stated a couple comments back I will be trimming more :yup: being that its my dd the last couple days on the build were rushed were we could get it to the point were Id be able to use it to get to work "road use". when we get to installing the bumpstops it'll be trimmed and functional :thumb:

I also took the jeep in for an alignment and received some bad news, turns out my rear axle is slightly bent from the driver side  Ill be looking around for another used D44 for the mean time.

Also all tie rod/ drag link ends were bad. so ended up installing a synergy draglink and waiting on the tie rod ends to arrive.

also decided to give a go at building some corner armor, went with 1/8 in order to adopt EVO's concept of wrapping the ends around, "being that I dont own any fancy bending equipment"

heres the cardboard cut out I started with

and after going through a bunch of cutoff wheels

Thanks guys! I was really skeptical on building them myself and how they would turn out, but being that my options were limited I went for it. Still need to clean up the lines and I'll be painting them black in the mean time till I can color match.
Here's a better side shot.
