Knuckles and odd tire wear

Hello
I’m running into a couple issues I could use a little help with.

- I recently changed my TRE’s on my RK HD chromoly tie rod with the referenced one from Eddies write up but the driver side shaft protrudes passed the ideal height for the cotter pin through the castle nut. I did have to use a washer to maintain the height because I was heading out the next day. Do I just need new knuckles?

-I’m starting to get some outside wear on my tires and I’ve never dealt with this situation. I have new unit bearings so it’s not that but teraflex adjustable ball joints were on it when I bought it. My alignment is almost perfect as far a square and toe in but my passenger front is 3/8” long which I’ll be correcting this week.

1/8” and I’m running 37’s

Will do, that was one of the items I was thinking. Usually run between 27-30 psi but I’m going to check. Thanks

I could be wrong... but Bad Ball Joints, Bad Unit bearings, bent tubes, or bent C’s would result in inside wear... Too much toe in could cause outside wear.. Id check the toe again.
