See for yourself - maybe it's just me... Anyways

I don't have time to read the same thread by the same person 6 times. You really said you want a trophy truck ride offroad. Buy a trophy truck. You own a jeep, there is a big difference. Even if you spent 100k on mods it wouldn't be a trophy truck.

I was being a dick and you are retarded. Cheers.

Now that's settled :)

With this thread, I finally found out that none of the parts I stated above would get me where I want this built-JK to be. After extended research and with All that brainstorming, I figured the best way to go would be a coilover shock conversion kit, probably the ones that EVO MFG are offering. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to reply this thread and bring their opinions along (yes, even you OverlanderJK) as I now will be saving for a coilover conversion kit.

Won't have any other "suspension-related" thread started for the RaccøønJK - I guess one specific dick member will be happy with that :)

Thanks again.

Overlander wasn't being a dick. You've had a couple of threads discussing basically the same the thing. I think you need to use the search feature and do some research. From what I gather, I don't think you know what you are asking or what it is you are really wanting to do. Welcome to WAL, btw. :thumb:

And I linked all those thread on the first post of this one :)

As for what I really want to do in terms of lift, I now after all this (threads & responses) know where to head at in order to get to my goals.

... with all that brainstorming, I figured the best way to go would be a coilover shock conversion kit, probably the ones that EVO MFG are offering...

Thanks Wayalife!

Maybe I went a little hard on the Wayalife mobile forum App use hype-thing. I'll make sure to use this forum more conscientiously from now on - wouldn't want to sature the clouds in which this forum datas are stocked into :)

Cheers!!! Thanks again for everything, the good and the bad - we're all in the learning process - which is why I welcome critiscims as much as advices/tips with an open-mind and arms wide open.

Since you seem to want to continue to push the issue...

There was no point in listing 20 company names(all of the companies you listed have at least one thread here and you simply could have used the search function to read about them).

Trophy Truck? It's a Wrangler. If you want to bomb the desert like a trophy truck, then build a trophy truck.

Have you researched the process for adding a coilover suspension to the JK? You do understand it isn't just a bolt on thing right? I don't see how you can start three threads, ask some questions, and say,"Hey, I'm going to throw on a coil over suspension. Yee Haw!" Do you even need it? Yea, it'd be cool as shit, but is it necessary for what you are doing? Guarantee you could accomplish everything you want with a good coil lift.

Anyways, I don't care how you spend your money. You just keep making redundant threads on the same subject (which, btw, has been talked about in 1000 other threads) and then you call someone a Dick for calling you out on it?

I didn't searched them on the Wayalife forum but I did online research on each and every one of those companies, the parts I listed according to what was available to me through 4WP here in Canada. In the past 72hrs, I've learned more on suspensions, kits, coils, shocks and all of that then in the past year owning my JK and shopping for parts. That is because I am on this forum. You guys kept bringing me new angles and perspectives, personnal opinions and real life reviews on the parts and their uses in a day-to-day use.

The 20+ company list stated above was one I thought was appropriate to choose from for my needs. I was wrong, and I've been proven wrong, which leaded me in the right path.

Trophy Truck? It's a Wrangler. If you want to bomb the desert like a trophy truck, then build a trophy truck.

I don't want to build a trophy truck. I've seen trophy trucks and what they can do and it is pretty fxcking rad. Once properly tuned, their suspension system does miracle, on and off-road, at tremendous speed. This is what pushed me to research upgrades that would bring my JK to this kind of drivability. It'll never be a trophy truck, properly speaking; but it is full of potential and with the right parts, trials and tuning, I can make my JK ride and handle somewhat like one. It'll never ever ever be a trophy truck. But it'll be my built and project for the oncoming years and this is what I'd like it to be able to perform and ride-like. I don't want KOH set up perfection. I'm not a competitor. I'm just a 4X4 and Jeep enthiusiast, just like every single one of us on this forum. That's it.

Yes, I did researched them. I emailed the guys at EVO MFG for their install manuals for the EVO MFG Bolt-on coilover conversion kit front and rear Part number EVO-1108/EVO-1109 (that I received shortly after) featuring King Shocks coilover and all the EVO MFG bracketry neccessary for the install plus the list of aftermarket parts I'll need to add on to my basket in order to run this kit.

I researched the web on install videos (inexistant) and forum install thread that I found over on JeepForum (here's the link)
http://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-write-ups-39/evo-bolt-coilover-front-install-258933/

It is just the front coilover bolt-on kit install thread, but it is most definitly better than nothing. I have EVO MFG installion manual for both front and rear kit, so I should be good with that.

Anyways, I don't care how you spend your money. You just keep making redundant threads on the same subject (which, btw, has been talked about in 1000 other threads) and then you call someone a Dick for calling you out on it?

Those redundant threads posted in the right section of the Wayalife forum with for what I think had appropriate and clear content and needs helped me, as everyone of you guys that answered in positive or negative manners, figure my shit out. So I'll thank you all for that. And for the dick part, he assumed it and moved on. Just like we all did, because hey, everyone as the right to have their own opinions and share them with everybody else on here. It's called freedom of speech and I respect that.

Are we done here? I think so :drama::celebrate::drum:

Jeep porn .___. <3

Here's a video that (I'm going to guess and say Eddie did it?) Wayaflife did on the Nitto tires sponsored EVO 1 built about three years ago.

It features a 6.1L HEMI and off the shelf EVO MFG Double Throw Down suspension system featuring King coil overs, bypass shocks, new Dynatrac ProRock 80 rear axle and state of the art EVO Lever cantilever system... A lot of sweet parts, really :)

My JK might not be ANYWHERE NEAR as beefy as EVO1 monster KOH-worthy Jeep JKU but it gives me an quick look at what I could get for my money suspension-wise with EVO MFG Double-throw down coilover conversion kit... But I'll probably only do the "bolt-on" coilover JK conversion kit, but still - I got aroused a little looking at this thing go :O .___. Enjoy the video!

Here's the deal Stifler...I think you'll be fine here. There is no other community like WAL. The people here are real, loyal, and comical. As long as you understand that, you'll be just fine. The people here have a love for Jeeps and a love for accurate information. When someones acting like a jackass, they will be called a jackass. Just the way it is. In the meantime:

Mate seems to me your just another dreamer and that's ok but you don't have to start another thread every time you have another dream about your jeep
