Long arms size.

I want to get long arms on my 2004 TJ, but I was wondering which is the difference between 3' and 4' tube size long arms, double triangulated.
I don't have a lift nor stretch on my TJ. I'm running 33" tall tires.

I'm pretty sure long arms are for when you lift above 4" to correct geometry .... but it is cool to say you have a long arm kit on your jeep [emoji41]

Someone said just do a flat belly for transmission and 1" tall engine mount, then cut springs. I don't know if that is true

What do you want to use the jeep for ? So we have an idea of what your trying to accomplish. Also I wouldn't cut the springs it will mess with the compression rate I also when it flexes they will come unseated on the Droop side

Longarms have nothing to do with LCOG.

Don't need long arms to do what you're wanting. A small body lift, motor mount lift and a belly up skid will help but you will need to do more trimming to make it work.

That jeep is stretched, and probably around 3" of lift or so

Long or short arms

Look at Metal Cloaks set up. Works well and adapts to existing components. Food for thought.
