Mounting tires

I got a free set if Rubicon take off BFG tires and I need to get them mounted. Where, in you guys and gals experience, is the cheapest place to get a used tire mounted and balanced?

Yeah I figured. There's no discount tire in my area though... Unfortunately.

Maybe try a technical school or technical college. The mechanics teacher at the school I teach at mounts and balances tires all the time for next to nothing (maybe $5-10 for 4 tires), just enough to cover cost of wheel weights and add a dollar or two to the shop account.
