I see what you did there..... Haha, looks like the exact same axle! That's the exact spot they love to snap at ;)

Tough luck....did you fix yours the same way?

I have only seen the Rainforest episode. Blooper: They cut the seatbelt out early in the episode. Then later, when they made it to the logging trail, they both had seat belts on. Other than that, not a half bad show.

I'm not sure you guys are watching the same show as me. Worst show ever. Well maybe not worst but certainly in the top ten. Couldn't make it through episode one. Even a Jeep in the show can't save this stinker if you ask me. :icon_crazy:

It's always a good strategy to have your first post in a new community be super negative. :thumb:

As for the show: to each his own. It's reality TV so the bar is extremely low. I'm pretty confident I could name 10 worse shows.

Here in Africa we have this play out every day, if they steal your car and take it over the border to one of the neighboring countries your car is one car too far  lol lol

I agree with McCurdy about the first post of a junior member. Feel the water before you jump in....it might be deeper than you thought

 My comments were directed towards the show, not any of you. Sorry, thought the same sort of discussions with opposing and differing viewpoints as on jk-forum.com went on here too. I didnt really get from the rest of the thread that people were really and truly enjoying the show all that much. It seemed more like making fun of it in a backhanded way. I'll refrain from negativity from now on. (but the show is still a stinker, my low post count doesn't change that:bleh:). My apologies. Won't happen again. Truly an honest mistake.

We are all here because we love Jeeps and the lifestyle. That doesn't mean we will all share the same opinion about a television show with a Jeep in it. I love guns as well but can't stand any of the reality shows about guns because they invariably show them in a bad/ridiculous light. Same with this show. Even Eddie commented on it early in this thread and the fact that it portrayed Jeeps badly slashing through a pristine rainforest when we all face daily the threat of trail closures. This show does not help our cause.

This is an interesting site because it focuses much more on the culture of the Jeep than the technical aspects like jk-forum does. Culture has to have some dissenting opinions or life is boring.

There's my second post.

And come on mjhau02, don't bust my chops about junior membership with your monumental 51 posts.
Sorry guys...rookie mistake...I meant to post this thread on "Jeep Life" Heading. Please forgive me.

Last point. I think everyone can agree on this:

Give Eddie and Cindy an hour of primtime and let them make a show about Jeeps doing what they really do. Now that show EVERYONE would love!
