Dammit Jim...
If I read that right, the fourth shot doesn't apply to people that haven't received the first three shots, correct? I may have lucked out this time.
Who is James Beemer?I know the whole virus thing is yesterday’s news but this shit still pisses me off.

Is what he said not true?Who is James Beemer?
I’m not saying that at all. I was legitimately asking because I don’t know who he is. I tried to look him up but couldn’t find anything. Is what he said not true?
Damn Sharkey, good work SirTook a little digging, but I found the statute that provides the basis for the claim:
21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3
“… (3) that there is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating such disease or condition….”
I’ll leave it up to people to do their own research to determine whether HCQ and/or Ivermectin should have been considered “adequate” and should have therefore been “approved” (they were/are certainly available) for use such that the vaccines should NOT have received emergency approval.
It clearly is true, however, that emergency use could not have been given if it was determined that readily available, adequate alternatives existed.
And if you can find a doctor willing to prescribes HCQ or Ivermectin, then you have to find a pharmacy that is willing to fill it. I have a friend that was really sick from the China virus. She was taken by ambulance to ER, they told her it was her fault because she was not vaxxed and there was nothing they could do. My wife was able to find a doctor to prescribe both. Then had to find a pharmacy to fill it. Thank god for small town health professionals not buying into this jab. Three days after taking both she no longer thought she was going to die. A week later she was out feeding her horses. It’s a very strange and often nonsensical system. Unfortunately, approval of a drug for one thing does not equal approval of a drug for everything.
From my perspective, that needs to change when you are talking about situations where the likely outcome is grave. Someone should be able to try unproven (in the clinical sense) drugs to save their own life provided they are in a state of mind to knowingly accept the risks.
Absent emergency approval of HCQ or Ivermectin for use to treat covid, doctors could lose hospital privileges and even licenses to practice medicine if caught prescribing unapproved medications. That isn’t speculation, it’s actually happening to many doctors across the country right now for prescribing those very drugs.
None of that, however, justifies the behavior of the doctors in the situation that you are talking about.

There were people talking about this a couple years ago, as far as the whole process of approval for an emergency authorization to use the COVID vaccines not allowing for any approved treatments to exist. What really freaks me out is how thoroughly that information (and or questioning) was wiped from the internet. You almost have to get to the dark web to find any kind of dissent, or questioning of the whole COVID vaccine narrative. Since when did America kill the concept of openly debating such a serious issue?
Since so many people no longer use critical thinking skills or even question that there might be something more sinister behind the scenes.Since when did America kill the concept of openly debating such a serious issue?
THIS ^^^ is what I have the biggest problem with what's going on today. You either agree with the ruling class or you're stupid and/or evil and need to be censored.Since when did America kill the concept of openly debating such a serious issue?
