It’s pretty sad really the number of medications Americans take. Instead of trying to lead a healthy lifestyle they’ll go to the Dr and get a pill. Cholesterol meds are especially bad IMO since your freaking brain is basically made out of cholesterol so now we have everyone taking cholesterol meds getting Alzheimer’s. Of course a simple diet plan would make a huge difference for people but it’s easier to take a pill. Even if the side affects are worse than the issue..
