He always fixes it, breakers down maybe 1-2 a year, he uses it to dig holes (obviously) and deliver /plant cactus'.

I've heard some stories that the Founding Fathers debated about even having a president. They were worried about power being in the hands of few people (or one sole person). But even on the level of Congress, most of them whored themselves out a long time ago.
