The end cap is hard to friction fit without friction. Nice job boys! Silicone coming up next.

You obviously have them in the wrong side. Swap them and I'm sure they'll fit perfect.

I cut the tubing down so the flaps didn't stick out to far. I had to drill new holes for the pins because of this. My end caps were loose also. I never put them in.
