I mean with a decent amount of flex not a ton but something bumpstops will control

Depending on fender situation and how much has been trimmed from pinch seem (if needed), they will fit, but could have rub issues.

Well he's stock fenders and a 14 so no pinch seam problems but probably fender interference

Without trimmed fenders, you're gonna see rubbing at a full flex. Depending on what shocks you're running, you may see some rubbing on them at a full turn and flexed.
