Rock sliders that are mounted on the frame rails is really the best way to protect the rocker panels on a Jeep JL Wrangler especially if like to do a lot of rock crawling. And, of all the ones we've tested over the years, the ones made by EVO Manufacturing has always proven to be among the best that money can buy. In this short video, you'll get to see just how quick and easy it is to bolt a set on.

While I like the clean look of my factory Rubicon rails, these are the only other option I'd consider as they are BEEFY and look badass. Plus not mounted to the pinch... Do you know if they still make bolt-on 2 door sliders for the JK by chance?

Edit: They do! Just put it on the next stage of my build list

Unfortunately, I don't think they do anymore and I'm not even sure why. Maybe not enough demand? Either way, kinda sucks.

Just checked and it looks like they do, Unless I'm missing something.

LOL - I just took a look as well and saw that I was wrong. Glad you found them :)

Video made it look easy. Nice job!

3 weeks. Old joke, but still funny.

Good video. Cindy did a great job filming inside the brackets while you used the sharpie.

Crazy as it might sound, the harder part of filming installs or should I say, what takes the longest to do, is trying to figure out how to get shots like that. It really is a challenge and one that we've had to resort to all kinds of different cameras and tools to make some of it work.

My old job required photos like that. I totally get it. Came out great.

Funny, I never really thought about that process, but now it puts into perspective the amount of work that goes into producing these videos. Also understand the difference better between the videos that you click off of 20 seconds in because they suck and the poster didn't do the prep work necessary to get those quality shots. Kudos.

Wow! Those EVO sliders look awesome on your 392!

Great video guys! Outstanding step by step instructions, a list of needed tools, and some great pro-tips. Great camera work also!

EVO engineered a sturdy and cleanly installed set of rock sliders.

Thanks for putting this all together. 👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻

Those do look great, and quite beefy.
If/when I ever go long arm, these will be part of the install.
They aren't cheap but I really do think they're totally worth every penny. Great design and love that they're now bolt on parts.

Thank you. Cindy and I have always tried our hardest to do the best job we can. It typically takes 4-5 times longer to film an install than it would normally take for me to do something and there have even been times when I realized after the fact, that I missed something (thanks in part to not having instructions more times than not) and ended up taking everything apart so that I could do it again and right. This is the main reason why we don't put out as many videos as we know we should to stay relevant.

Nice job guys! Those really do look bad ass on there!

By the way, and I may have missed it, but what are you calling the 392?
Thank you. As far as our 392 goes, we just call it "The 392" LOL. Maybe someday it'll get a different name but for now, it's what works best for us :)

Thank you, we really do appreciate you saying as much. And, I have a feeling we'll be seeing a set on yours and soon 😁
