Volume for phone calls needs to be much louder.

Try the Volume button.

Make sure the call volume on the iPhone is up too. In my 2014 JK the volume on the phone can be adjusted independently from the volume on the head unit.
 
LOL, you guys can actually hear calls through the Jeep? :thinking: I can't hear for shit in either of mine so I always hold the phone up to my ear. I don't even use the
bluetooth in my JL...
 
The worst part is you have the volume turned up all the way to hear calls, then when you hang up your music kicks back in and just about blows your eardrums out.
