Ever since my trip to the Philippines in November I have fallen in love with some of their comfort food. I usually forget to take pics until I'm done eating. This is pork sisig and beef liempo.
Start with pork face parts (ears, nose, etc.) and grill them for about 15minutes.
At this point the cartilage is able to be cut with sheers.
After grilling for another 10 minutes add diced onions
After cooking for another 10 minutes put it in a bowl and add sisig seasoning, some peppers and a couple table spoons of mayo
