What kind of sauce you got on there?

It's a local sauce. Very good with a nice kick.

I usually make my own sauce but didn't have it in me today.

Not in the picture: homemade pickled beats, homemade apple sauce and some red wine.. Not a bad Sunday night!!

For that long of a cook did one full load of lump last the entire time?

Did for me. I add soaked wood chips at the beginning and half way through move the brickettes not swirl to the center. Keep your top cracked and a 1/4" sliver on the bottom.
