I picked up the ACE sliders from someone on a different forum a while back. Nice and rugged. Just needed to fill in that spot between. I think all Jeeps unless equipped with steps, should have rails. IMHO :thumb:

Yea I want sliders for sure. The Rubi rock rails are just to, like you said, fill the space and ill be getting those before actual sliders

I was looking at the Smittybilt SRC sliders but they went up to much and my kiddo and wife need the step.

Today I traded my soft top for a hard top, added a Spiderweb shade, and added a silver wayalife windshield decal.

Ya thats my issue going through the car wash it ALWAYS smacks the windshield and one of these times its going to crack it

The few times I've washed it, since I got it in January, I unscrewed it before I went threw the wash at the Shell station. I think they should just come stock with a short one.

Hmmm don't remember hitting something hard enough to bend it but it looks like I did :/

Simple, cheap, and quick. I installed approximately 35 ft. Of para or 550 cord to drivers door handle. It takes away the hard edge and you never know when you might need the cord for emergencies. Plan on doing the passengers door later.

Got my 2.5s today and put them on along w longer braided brake lines. Finished up my bumper build and put on some ridgid A series lights for reverse lights.

What was done to SOME OTHER GUYS rig this week, so I'm On my way home... I pass a gnarly accident on the 374. 3 cars, one was a bone stock JK, a Pontiac G5 and a minivan. The minivan hit the jk from the back and the JK hit the G5 in the ass. Guess who won? The whole back end of the G5 was completely smooshed. The front of the minivan was toast. The van was wrecked pretty bad. Whole front end, maybe doors too. The jk looked completely fine. Plastic bumper covers were cracked and spare might have been damaged, but didn't look bad.
