I found some Dynamat laying around so I lined the inside of the stock sub box. Its amazing the difference it made, bass is much tighter now.

Only had a handful of problems- Nothing a grinder, a handful of washers, a double flaring tool, and a few other things couldn't handle.

what size wheel? how much clearance do you have with the caliper now?

Well- the kit said it worked with 16" wheels.... I've got about 1/8-3/16" clearance now. The kit that I got had not one piece of paper in it. No pictures, no nothing. It made the install a real pain. It's all good now- but it was a little frustrating. I had to pull the entire hub back off twice to shim the caliper bracket on the first side. The first side took several hours- the second side took 1 hour because I knew how everything was supposed to go (like I would have had there been instructions)

Added a little performance to the new kicker 6.5's I installed. Night and day difference still using stock head unit.
