Got kids to bed and in a bit of boredom, work frustration, lack of money and need to work on my Jeep, I removed plastic front bumper. I took it apart, cleaned it, knocked/grinded off coffee cans and repainted semi-gloss black. This was all I could do before the wife got home!
I plan to angle cut the sides at about 45° to match the outer contour of the grill. This will make it a bit stubbier and aethestically nicer in my opinion. I also plan to fix the foglight holes and mounts, just have to figure out what to do....
Finally mounted my ATX Slabs and Toyos. Not a single wheel weight needed. Metalcloak came out to our area to let us use their CTI ramp. Very cool. I was proud that short arms, conventional coils and shocks still scored an 820.
Changed oil/filter, pulled the rear Dynatrac diff cover to clean and reseal since it had a minor leak and installed an Evo oil pan skid. Now I just need to find time to install all of this....
