I would say get the hinges white as well. That's what I did and it looks quite complete that way.

I'm going to leave them black. Then, if I don't like it, it's easy enough to paint them white.
I've just never seen a white jeep with black hinges in person. Looked at plenty of pictures, but it's hard to tell if I like it from a screen sized image.
