Woa.,.thats cool!!! axes are ALWAYS useful for camoing, offroading etc. We are looking around for one to attach to the tailgate Thanks for sharing!

Talked to my husband about it since I thought it was neat. He said its called a "levered axe" and has been around for 100s (?) of years and is making a comeback. Apparently, the lever allows the wood to split without wiggling, but the axe can really only be used for things like that, splitting wood. He told me if not used properly it can break your wrist
