Will my 2010 Sahara drive shafts work with a 2010 Rubicon transfer case and both Rubicon rears?

As far as I know there is no difference in driveshafts between trim levels.

I have a Sahara and run the Rubicon Transfer case...it's a direct replacement

The drive shafts are all the same. The only differences you would see is in the length of a manual vs. automatic and even at that, it's not enough to really matter. There is also a difference between an 07-11 and anything 2012-up but again, for your purposes, you'll be fine.
