2012 JK Wrangler cooling?

Hey guys
I have 2012 JK Wrangler sport with manual transmission, I would like to know if there are some cooling mods I can install, like transmission oil cooler, Thermostat Replacement , etc

On a manual? No, you're good to go just as is.

Do not install a lower temp thermostat! Your PCM is calibrated for your engine to achieve a certain temperature in a given time period, and you'll get a DTC often if you are outside of that range.
