Can you guys tell me what the difference is between a non Rubicon front axle and a Rubicon front axle? Besides the e-locker harness hole.

The axle shafts are D44 instead of D30 and the spline count on the shafts is different too. The gears are potentially different as well, since the rubi allows you to pay extra for 4.10's.

From the housing standpoint, nothing other than the center section (Dana 44 differential as opposed to a 30). The tubes, end forgings, knuckles and brackets are all the same. Of course, on the inside, a Dana 44 will have a bigger ring and pinion and will have beefier axle shafts, u-joints and a greater spline count.
