THIS will be our birthday present :D

our family project :

prepare OUR JK and
get the skills for :

a trip from Quebec, QC Can
passsing by MOAB, then going to NorCal
Then SoCal
Rubicon Trail
Then New Mexico
back to QC ... all this with our beloved jk :)

nickname for us 3 : Cheetahs

more to come while we get prepared :D

thx a lot Wayalife !
now .... where to begin ?
what would be your best advices for this trip ?
we're goin' on a 9k miles trip ... mixing on and off road ........
any idea is welcome :)

first mod : 3 inches lift and 33" Mickey Thompson tires ...

ANY advice is more then welcome :D

Just my opinion, but a 3" lift is a lot for 33" tires.

mmmm i will see what it looks like ... but i'm afraid of going "too much" with 35"

A leveling kit or 2" lift is more than enough for 33" tires. Some lifts, like TeraFlex, give more lift that advertised lift. A TF 3" lift often yields about 4". I have no problems with a good lift, but some 3" lifts and 33" tires might make you JK look like a roller skate.

K, point understood :) so we're goin' with 35" :)
any other advice regarding what we SHOULD do on the baby to be ready for the trip ?
