Sway bar angle

Lookin for a little insight here. I just put on new adjustable length quick disconnect sway bar links to replace the stock ones, to account for my 2.5" lift kit. Do i just need to adjust them to 2.5" longer than stock? Or is there a certain angle the sway bar should sit at? Tks in advance.

You want to adjust your links so that your sway bar arms sit at about 5° above horizontal to the ground. Basically, just a bit higher than level especially if you have a Rubicon. That will help prevent your sway bar links from over extending on a full flex.
