Also, if you buy your tires from Discount Tire, you can pay a little extra to get their replacement certificates for each tire. On my 37" Nittos they were like $60 per tire I think... So $300 extra. But when you get the certificates, the tires are insured against damage, on road or off, no questions asked. If they can't repair the hole, they will replace the tire. Since my tires are about $400 apiece, the certs more than pay for themselves with just one replacement. This happened on my last jeep. Very handy to not have to worry about shelling out $400 when you get a sizeable flat.
