Axle shafts cause leak?

Stock axle right side leaking pull it apart sleeve axle, C’s and new Synergy inner seals. Axle still leaks.

Pull it apart and put new Mopar seals in and it still leaks from the right side.

Bought a new Teraflex housing with seals already installed. Still leaks from the right side.

I have used stock amount of fluid still leaks, filled to the low pinion drain on the Teraflex cover and it still leaks.

Could an axle shaft cause a leak? The shafts are Superior Alloys.

Sure sounds like the axle is bad. You've replaced everything else. Nothing above it leaking onto the housing?

The old Superior shafts were profiled and needed seals specific to them. I can only assume that you've just been getting OE seals and they would have been too big. Needless to say, you probably just bought a new housing that you didn't need.

In general shafts can/do cause inner seal leaks for sure. The outer (housing) seal is usually RTV’d and fine but the inner ring is basically wrapped around the hot rotating mass of the shaft (#jeepporn) so it’s typically what goes, even from something as simple as pushing the shafts in without properly guiding them through the seals.

Eddie probably nailed your specific issue but the other thing to check for recurring leaks is the sealing edge on the shaft itself. After thousands of miles they can develop a bit of a grove that will then shred any new seal quickly.

The original axle was bent, so it’s not a total waste. When you say profiled can you see this with the naked eye?

Yes, you would totally be able to see this and a leak like this was a COMMON problem back when the shafts were first released being that shops didn't know you needed to use a specific seal.
