Puzzling pull to the right!?!?

After a recent trip to Moab I am getting a constant pull. I’ve been to my alignment shop n all good there. Checked brakes air pressure and steering components and all good also. Mgr at shop mentioned a tire bruise as the cause but had never heard of such a thing. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thx

Any chance you smashed your steering stabilizer? If so, I've seen where the valve wanted to sit just on one side or the other and that would cause a pull to that direction. Also, how much camber are you seeing on your alignment specs? Could be you have a bent C and that's allowing for less resistance on the passenger side causing a pull.
