I have been wheeling this TJ since 2003 and have been lucky. going to the Rubicon in Aug , want to be prepared . Will post up dates.

Busy today Weld, Weld, and Weld ! Fab tec dif covers complete, need paint.
Three out of five Bead locks complete just need paint. long day had fun working on build.

Did you have to cut the lip off the rim before wielding?

Those diff covers look great!

Welded inside and out , painting red.
No the lip holds the rings true, make sure you get a good weld.

Rims finished, still like painting outer rings.

Diff covers are ready to install !

Worked on getting tires mounted, 32 bolts per rim. TSL supper swamper 35x12.5x15

The 1st day I bought my TJ, I tried to climb a rock and hit my steering box and was leaking PS fluid. So with that said.. GREAT IDEA on the skid plate.

They are for real , ordered weld in bead locks from Ballistic fabrication. welded the first ring in , the second ring hold the tire to rim.

Differences between 33 and 35 flexing off ground 27 in
