Hey, I did get it checked out and fixed. It ended up being a worn out pivot fork and bearing that was causing this issue. They charged me around $600 as I was not going to try to fix this myself
It sucks that the dealership wouldn't replace everything with the clutch. If you had ordered a replacement with the intention of replacing it yourself, the clutch usually comes in a kit with a new clutch disc, pressure place, pilot bearing and throwout bearing to do everything at once.
I can only assume that the throw out bearing being weird caused it to wear that fork cuz those things are typically pretty tough...
