Yeah I think ours was good to go I'm about a week or so. Having no where to keep her at night I borrowed a crate. This was the first time I crate trained a dog and she learned quick and all my future dogs will be crate trained. Also helped with night time crying when we first brought her home.

Crate training is the best way to go. Keeps them out of shit they shouldn't be in during the day too.
