Finally got around to doing some long needed maintenance. Changed the oil, fixed a few rattles, and tightened down the door hinge nuts that have been coming loose and this happened Image1548622773.731910.jpg I didn’t even tighten it that hard and it spun the bolt right off... has it ever happened to any of you?

Caught the Bug
I cross threaded one of mine few years ago, so I removed them all. Haven’t had them in there for last 3 years. Makes taking the doors of quicker lol

^^Same. I put them back on a time or two when I first bought my Jeep. I took Overlanders advice and threw them in my tool box right next to those long hardtop bolts. Been 3 years since they’ve seen the light of day.

Ours never did that. Same as others mentioned, they were never put back on the Jeep. I don't even know where they're at.

Maybe it was cross threaded... I’m not too worried about, just frustrated it happened. I haven’t taken the doors off in a long while lol definitely will this summer!

Hahaha definitely a good idea! One day maybe I’ll have a garage again and can just leave the soft top on!

This was on our way to Big Sky, great day for skiing! Probably getting about a foot of snow today!

Sweet pics, we are getting some winter here in WA finally too. We hit 0 at my place for the first time in a long time!

Thank you! I’m glad to here winter has made its way to you! lately it’s been in the negatives so 0 felt warm enough to air out the house for several minutes [emoji23] (I kinda burned something while cooking breakfast lol)

How's the snowpack over there? We have been cold and dry, just started getting snow w/ the last storm that came through. I'm planning on headin to your neck of the woods to do some shed hunting hear in a 5-6 weeks!
