Blow me.

Little bit of oil issues. This is after about maybe 600-800 or so miles I think.

Lots more on the filter.

This is from 150 or so miles on the way home this weekend. Was a brand new filter.

In the process of tearing things down to replace the pcv valve and water pump and flush the radiator. Should help with the overheating and oil issues.

The oil backing up thru the PCV is a notorious problem with the CJs, I didn’t realize it carried over to the JKs. Where’s it at on the block?

I wanted to kick myself after replacing spark plugs to find out it’s supposed to be easier to change the pcv at the same time. True? Are you tackling it? I ask because I can’t seem to find a write up or how to for the JK 3.6.

No idea on the spark plug thing. It’s not easy to do and you won’t find any write ups on replacing it because it’s behind the motor. No way to film or photograph it.

Yes I’m tackling it this weekend. Tearing everything down this week to be ready for the part when it comes in.
