Watcha cookin'?

Last night I had an awesome experience dining at Talavera restaurant ran by chef Chuk Kazmer who defenetly knows his way around the kitchen so here are some dishes we tried

Seared tenderloin, cauliflower purée, roasted brussel sprouts, wild/red/black rice...

Got some New York Strips, a chicken breast, and some shrimp skewers ready for the grill tonight. Not pictured is a foil pack of shiitake mushrooms, potatoes, asparagus, and rosemary.
