That's interesting.

There is always turnover, but for it to ramp up like that, I bet it is a sign these guys know a few things about the true conditions of their companies.

Time to get out while the bonus is high, instead of staying in through a downturn they already knew was coming. Then add the Coronavirus to the equation, and they know thinks will tank and don't want to put in the effort it requires to ride it out.

Who knows how many years it would take to get their bonuses back to current levels.
 
Escaped quarantine for a run with the top open. 60 and sunny and got a good dose of vitamin D!
