During a regear is the best time to do it I figured so I did. If we are really talking wants and not needs I’d have UD60s under it but I’m just to cheap to do that

The control arms are set the same from left to right but when the axle is jacked up into the bumps the passenger side is 1/2” or so different. Any idea why?
Maybe because the track bar is connected?

Is the track bar connected? It shifts the way the axle will move up and down.

I just added that as an edit! It seems ok left to right but the pass side is 1/2” more forward

It’s probably fine, I’d get it aligned after your all done just to double check.

I guess I don’t know the answer to that. I’ve always taken measures from bolt to blot to check to see how square it is.

Hmmm that's odd. Maybe measure from bolt to bolt just to double check them UCA length. Also Maybe the coil bucket or jounce is a bit off making it look like the axle is moving up differently on one side.

Alignment will confirm square. Has to. I would agree with others it’s more likely how the mount or bump is clocked making it look off

Jounce stop is the factory name for the foam piece plugged into the upper that hits the bump stop.

Just got back from a job put your way! I borrowed a floor jack from a guy down the street so I can put one under each end of the axle and jack it up and down tomorrow but I will take some measurements from the bumper back to the bump stop “holder” and see what those look like

Got some work done today finally, hope to get to where I can get the front tires on tomorrow
Adjusted all 8 arms to get everything lined up properly. I learned something today I would have never guessed. The driveshaft is longest at stuff and shortest at full flex, confirming the axle moves in an arch, just hadn’t thought that much about it before
