I've melted zip ties with a lighter and dripped it like a mig welder. If works really well if part isn't under pressure. It's like plastic welding.

doing what WJCO says about plastic welding/melting, with the 2 sides together, also bend a thin wire or paperclip, heat it up and press it into the plastic to stitch it together

Had paperclip through and around. Plastic weld over it. It holds so far. Will make a hole through the brackets and zip tie or similar through just in case.

I'm dealing with OCD on the stupid Jeep coil connector; I'll deal with it after the NYKOR. the replacement connectors should be here

Replaced the reservoir. Definitely don't do it in the cold. New one just slide in perfectly!!!! Bench bled and ready to go in.

Job well done. Everything is back to normal. Bled, drove, bled again and the pedal is nice and firm.

Had one on my JKU, it worked but, cannot makes changes on the fly too often or it fails.

Had to send it back a couple of times because I was "using it wrong" just left it off after the 2nd repair. Once I tried all the options, there were only 3 that were reliably useful.

It was fun with a 3.8 JKU, it'll be way fun on Hellcat

Thanks. I’ll play with it. The only reason I am considering using it is on some obstacles where you really need low power I seem to over do it.
