I've melted zip ties with a lighter and dripped it like a mig welder. If works really well if part isn't under pressure. It's like plastic welding.Any ideas ?? Or just the new one?

Thanks. Was thinking about paperclip trick.doing what WJCO says about plastic welding/melting, with the 2 sides together, also bend a thin wire or paperclip, heat it up and press it into the plastic to stitch it together

You wouldn't make it on the Mexican border.Guess my OCD kicked in. That fix just did not seat right with me.Received the new reservoir. Now I can finish the install.

Nice shot! Love that jeep.Job well done. Everything is back to normal. Bled, drove, bled again and the pedal is nice and firm.
Had one on my JKU, it worked but, cannot makes changes on the fly too often or it fails.Skinny pedal is nice but I wanted to see if this thing changes anything.
Thanks. I’ll play with it. The only reason I am considering using it is on some obstacles where you really need low power I seem to over do it.Had one on my JKU, it worked but, cannot makes changes on the fly too often or it fails.
Had to send it back a couple of times because I was "using it wrong" just left it off after the 2nd repair. Once I tried all the options, there were only 3 that were reliably useful.
It was fun with a 3.8 JKU, it'll be way fun on Hellcat
