What was done to your rig this week?

I thought those metal cloak springs had "virtual buckets" so they wouldn't unseat?

NO SHIT! I was not an opponent OR proponent of this product but was intrigued by their marketing of extreme droop without the risk of unseating the coils and maintaining a low ride height.

Does this mean that prolonged over compression of the "virtual bucket" causes it to loose its ability to stretch and maintain its seating?

All I know is I'm gonna have to keep a closer eye on this particular problem to insure it doesn't happen a second time. I'll be damned if it does......

Were you just daily driving or wheeling? Just curious, these springs are fairly new and I always wondered how they would hold up.

Honestly not sure when thi happened or how long ago??? Could've been an install issue? I don't know honestly. Like I said, I'll be keeping an close eye on it for sure

Most likely install error. If the isolator is installed correctly it wouldn't come out like it did. It would be all mangled and out of whack.

Looks like a job well done! Funny you say that we have an 8 week old and it took me about 10 days to install my 1/4 pounder. Should have been a few hour job

Finally got to do the sway bar mount relocation. I'm learning now it's not going to be easy to do things with a newborn. Baby duty first, but got to squeeze this in today. It was pretty easy thx to the help I got on the forum.

I thought it would get better when my daughter got older because she likes to help- but now we have a 7 mo. Old boy, and a 3 year old girl , who when she "helps daddy" somehow it makes things take twice as long. "Ella, where did you put my bolts??" But I love every minute of her help.

My ride- 2001 power wheel, 11" plastic tires, upgraded battery, boat sides, custom bumpers, tow hooks, new paint.
