JK bump stop extensions

I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler 4 dr JK ( Rubicon Hard Rock). I'm not a rock crawler, but do go off road for camping. I have added A Garvin Wilderness G2 rear bumper with tire carrier and an Adventure half rack etc... All this alone has added substantial weight to the rear end. On top of that I occasionally tow an ATV on a trailer adding approx. 1500 lbs.
My problem is the rear end shags as a result. I understand there is a fix by adding bump stop extensions. If this is the case what type and brand is the best bang for my buck. I've heard of Sumo Springs, Timbren SES and TeraFlex JK rear bump stop extensions. Any help would be appreciated.:idontknow: IMG_2008.JPG

Bump stop extensions won't change your ride height unless you make them so tall that the bump stops are literally resting on the axle and pushing it away from the body of the Jeep. You'd be better off doing a spacer lift or something like that. There are inflatable air helper bags you can put inside the springs and change the pressure, but I haven't seen those used in years let alone for Jeeps.

don't know how to keep your rear end from shagging but I've had the sumo springs and was not real impressed with them.

I'd look at airbags if you want to get back the height you lose from heavy loads and retain the stock ride when empty - Air Lift comes to mind.

Also take a look at the Rancho 9000XL adjustable shocks - I have them on my Jeep and adjust them to firm before packing everything in, they seem to hold up well under load while not making the ride harsh.

Ranchos really change your ride and towing capability
