So I just had to run out to the garage because my jeep was trying to start all by itself. Earlier today I went to pull it into the garage and when I turned it off, the motor was still running. Sounds like the starter is going out. Is it normal for a jeep to try to start by itself?

the fuse link is short. But jeep is saying I need to replace the whole cable that runs to the starter and alternator.
