Always amazed when I see Katy, TX posted somewhere unexpected. When I grew up there, it was still a distinct town from Houston. Now it is the poster child of Houston area development sprawl.
What do you ultimately want to do with your Gladiator?
See my posts on the Bronco v Jeep thread. But again this all comes down to the shutty job FCA and Stellantis have done creating any other vehicles that are worth a shit. So they turned the Wrangler into the volume and profit driver of the company.
No problem. I didn’t think I wanted kids. Now I have 3. I love it. But it is not without its sacrifices. lol.
I can tell you that the 3 row 4Runner is a joke. Middle row is great and plenty big for 3 car seats. But if you have 2 car seats, you really can’t access the third row. Then all it...
My buddy that lives in Oregon does mostly forest roads. His big deal is snow. Been running the KO2s for years. Held up well to his over landing setup. He’s about to pull the trigger on a set of 37 inch KO3s. What would recommend instead?

Several bolt holes on my Gladiator are ovaled out. I tried to get them as tight as I could. But apparently wasn’t to spec. The brackets on the JT/JL platform are absurdly thin.
Maybe my favorite part of the whole trip was my buddy who’s rig is the one with the rooftop tent messaged me on his way home to Bend.
“Thanks for a hell of a trip. I didn’t think half of that shit was possible.”
back in the office. Moab was absolutely amazing. I will get some pictures posted in the coming days. but, honestly none of the pictures do it justice.
Day 1 we did Chicken Corners
Day2: Had a bit of bad luck. my oil cooler shit the bed. fortunately, I was gassing up at the station down the...
did Chicken Corners today. Just stunning scenery. This one isn’t so much about the off-roading as it is about the views. Pictures just don’t do it justice.
