How many posts needed to be an "Active Member"? Tried to reply and it said not enough posts or something close to that.....

Just hang out, share, have fun. You'll be an active member in no time. Not sure if there's an exact post count. What were you replying about?
 
The software does not go off of post count but rather, your contribution to the community. They call it a 'trophy' system and the more you actively participate and contribute in meaningful conversations, the more points you get toward becoming an 'active member' and the sooner that will happen.
