Mine drones pretty bad around 2500rpm. I love the sound the rest of the time. I’m pretty sure I seated it well, any other ideas why?

I wouldn't call it a drone as much as being at its loudest point around 2500 rpms. I just got back from the muffler shop and had an offset magnaflo installed directly behind the factory muffler. world of difference. Just a tad louder then stock and no trash can in the rear

So it’s been a few months since I installed mine. Getting it dirty definitely toned it down. Still loudest at 2500rpm but not a headache inducing drone.
