Awesome! Thanks. Just checked the calendar (home and work) and it is clear. Do people camp or stay at hotels?

I googled it, yeah hotels are pretty far out. Looks like the nearest one is about 24miles away.

    The green arrow is Hammertown.

I just realized we're totally derailing this thread, sorry.

Yes, camping is the easiest and you are part of the event at all hours, good and bad at times. However, to the southeast is Yucca Valley CA. and I am pretty sure people stay in hotels there because I have driven back into yucca valley for a hot meal at a decent restaurant and there are crowds everywhere and hotel chains. To the north is Barstow, hotels and fast food and is not a far drive at all. To the west/northwest is Lucerne and further in same direction is Victorville all drivable too, but Lucerne is tiny.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
