I have one in my JK8. I’m impressed with the quality. Beefy parts for sure.

Did they change? I was under the impression the knuckles and brackets were beefier but the housing tubes were same as stock

Tubes are the same. They’re a decent axle for the money but still nothing like the PR44. I think I sell them in the shop for $3300 if we are installing them.

Correct but the axle tube diameter itself is 3” on the PR44 and the PR44 housing is much beefier where the tubes meet.

And I would think anyone buying a PR44 that had a brain would upgrade to the .5” thick wall thickness considering the relatively minimal cost of doing so!

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
