It's probably the socket mine was fried in my tj, you can double check with a test light both at the fuse and the wires at the socket

Which fuse is it though? Lol I'm sure its tied in with other parts. Everything works but the cigarette lighter. I'm gonna go pull the lighter out and see if there power in the connector

Pretty sure its the radio but my lighter doesn't work either so I cant check to be positive

I'm not saying the fuse is bad just as far as I can remember that's the fuse its tied in with. So like trailbear said probably the socket or maybe the wires. just start poking around with a test light it will show up.
I thought cigarette lighters didn't have fuses? I was told they were just ran straight to power![]()
On my 99 the fuse is #19 which is empty in your pic. Put a 10 amp fuse in the slot and try it.
