I finally cut mine.
I used the drywall rasp & sandpaper block method, to finish them up.

I ended up trimming my fenders more. I originally left the front of the front flares alone since I didn't know what I was doing with the front bumper.

I also got rid of the "lip" along the edges I originally had and I rounded the corners.
I still need to clean them up a bit but I think I'll be able to leave the door trim off this time.

Thanks, I spent couple hours with a file and some sand paper the following week after making the cuts. With some finesse I was able to get really clean lines, I didn't even use the trim

Wheels are suppose to be covered by fender flares. Nobody gave me trouble about it yet
